There is life after election. If You choose to fight or abuse your friends and associates because of election do remember that there is life after election. Election will come and go but those people you fought will remain with you forever. As election drawn nearer so much interests have been vested for that there are so many confrontations and clashes of interests among the people. We shouldn’t allow politics divide us, because whoever you support today may disappoint u in one way or the other tomorrow, simply because he may not necessary meet your expectations. We should always remember that politics is a game of number and is like exam; you either pass or fail, whoever you support may either win or loose. So, this shouldn’t be the basis of enmity between us. I’m worried by the actions of some people unknown to them, hatred will not change anything… we failed to address important issues and end up debating on unecessary issues.

Corruption according to legal dictionary, “corrupt” is a word that may be used to describe something that is tainted, decayed, or putrid. It also describes a person who debased in character, lacking in character, or dishonest. The term corruption is commonly used in modern society to refer to unethical or dishonest to behaviors undertaken by someone who has been entrusted with authority, such people may be elected or appointed officials, clergy or corporate executives.
According to God, corruption is “yet I have planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed; how then art thou turned into the degenerate plant of a strange vine unto me. Jeremiah 2:21”
Corruption also means evil, decay, and dishonesty.
In my own terms “corruption is when a thing degenerated into a strange form that undermines its original intent.
Corruption is in several Forms
– Bribery, Abuse of due process, Circumvention of the law, Misuse of official position, Conflict of interest, Electoral violations (vote buying, rigging election results). Extortion, Fraud, Influence peddling, Nepotism, Tribalism, Trading in know-how and insider information. Illegal financing of political parties, Revolving Door Effect, State capture, Illegal appropriation (forgery, falsification) Embezzlement, Misappropriation of money, property. Abuse of State funds, waste.
– Collusion, Protecting and covering up events. Abuse of power (intimidation or torture) Manipulation, of regulations, Extortion, Clientelism and patronage (politicians provide material services in exchange for citizen support. Homosexuality, Lesbianism, Prostitution. When you decamp from P.D.P to A.P.C all your sins are forgiving courtesy of Adams Oshiomhole.

We Don’t Know Who Constructed the Giant Broom – APC

The All Progressives Congress, APC has denied being part of the construction of the giant broom monument mounted at the city gate in Abuja.

The structure, a broom which is a symbol of the All Progressives Congress, has generated widespread reactions from Nigerians, with some questioning why a party symbol would be erected at such a monumental position as the city gate of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The APC publicity secretary, Mallam Lanre Isa-Onilu in a chat with Channels Television says the giant broom was erected by Nigerians who support the Buhari-led administration.

In reaction to the PDP’s condemnation of the structure, the APC spokesman told the opposition party to erect its own symbol.
